If posting your items to us, a payment link will be sent to your email or mobile number once we receive the items. The service takes approximately a week to ten days taking into account courier return times.

If you require insurance for the return journey please add £5.50 which covers you for up to £150 of protection (please note this is for the whole parcel and not per item if you are sending more than one garment to us).
